Saturday late afternoon

So it’s a late Saturday afternoon.. the cold, breezy weather woke me up. I grabbed my bean under my pillow and blasted Laguku Untukmu.. and as I listened to every beat of the drumbeats, every melody of the guitars, every note of the singing, every bait bait lyrics.. I realized this has got to be the best songs ever made.. I listened with eyes closed as each notes pan from left to right sending shivers up my spine..

Berbual Tentang Saya came after.. it’s never easy to freestyle.. I don’t think I can do it as good as her. I love the flow of her storyline.. her emotions.. her perfectly imperfect voice… damn.. listenin’ to her definitely can make me cry.. I wish she won’t stop performing..I haven’t had the chance to go see her shows :(

Yeah, I was once an emo kid. ala come on, who wasn’t? I started listening to this genre at the age of 15-16 right after my Moffies craze. hahaha. I lost interest when it started to become such a stupid trend

My comrade in emo has always been ima. When we met during orientation week, one of the first things we asked each other was ‘weh ko minat music aper?’ (what music do u like?)  and we knew all along we would be best friends (and still standing strong up to this day, of coz we have the occasional beefs hehehe)
