Some people just need to learn to deal with things more professionally.

You see, life is so easy, life needs to be easy, life can be easy – but we tend to complicate life. We tend to add unnecessary elements to complicate life

Same goes with project management. It should be easy. It can be easy. But the only matter is you.

So to the girl, to the woman, to whom this may concern

  1. Avoid unnecessary personal bashing
  2. Just because we are girls, we are younger than you – there’s no need to be dengki2. We’re totally from a diff industry, u nak dengki nape?
  3. We know you’ve worked hard to get to where you are now, and we have too. In short, believe in yourself, and percaya pada rezeki eh?
  4. Jangan drama queen sangat, so tak perlu. We’re not staging a theater here. It’s just business
  5. You need to be professional, focused, determined and passionate about getting things done. It’s nobody’s problems that you have to handle 4-6 other things at the same time. There should be a reason why you are appointed Project Manager for all the 4-6 other things, and you need to execute them all perfectly
  6. Please listen (bukan hear je) to what people are saying. Ni tidak, orang cakap, potong, Orang cakap potong.
  7. There’s no need to be a smarty-pants at things you don’t know. Allow yourself to be enlightened. Allow yourself to accept new knowledge. Allow yourself to be corrected. Trust me, it won’t hurt your ego if you allow that to happen
  8. Climb your way up in honesty, and you shall be granted with endless rezeki. Amin

With this said, we wish you all the best and we’re very sorry for all the inconveniences we have caused you

We’re very sure you’re a matured woman but you just need to take a chill pill at times
